As Min makes her way north on her quest for vengeance, her path takes a turn that she never expected. Until now she has only had herself to worry about, but when she is tasked with the protection of a precious dragon egg, everything changes.

Now Min is on the run from the nefarious agents of a fringe group of religious zealots who will stop at nothing to capture her and make her one of them.

Hunted by both the Unbound Legion and horrid creatures called the Accursed, Min must make use of all her wits and skill if she is to survive.
